- Open the downloaded file (Windows/macOS may ask you to confirm — click Yes / Open).
- RustDesk opens and shows a your ID number.
- Read that number out to me over the phone or text, and I’ll take it from there.
Safe and private. The app links to our own server (rd.mwcs.com.au), not a public one.
